Portfolio Management
A Power BI agent that scores every multifamily property on occupancy, availability, and rent trends, then produces a weekly top 10 list of properties that need attention.
What I did
Microsoft Power BI agents can work from a published semantic model in your workspace. I created an agent with instructions to look across the multifamily portfolio at:
- Occupancy %
- Availability % 30 days out
- Rent change metrics
- Week-over-week changes
Scoring what matters
We built a weighted score where certain data points signal good or bad performance. For example, occupancy above our target counts as good, and below it counts as bad. From that score, the agent produces a top 10 list of properties that need attention.
Fully automated
The list goes to the portfolio management team every week. Once the agent was set up, the whole process ran on its own.
