What I built
- Power BI dashboards, used directly by the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders, that tracked projects through each stage of the development lifecycle.
- Business plan projections: square footage and financials over time, where projects overlap, and which quarters carry the most exposure.
- Analyses of leasing patterns during construction cycles.
- Market selection research using REIS and MSCI data to support investment decisions.
Scaling it
I helped drive Power BI adoption across all regions and standardized how reporting was done, so leaders everywhere were working from the same numbers.
